At Gelin Diamond, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fine jewelry purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by the certificate of authenticity.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Gelin Diamond gift box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
